If you ordered from a retailer, please contact the retailer with your proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot return or exchange items if you have changed your mind.

If you make a mistake and order the wrong product please contact us immediately, quoting your order number. If the order has not been processed we will cancel the order and refund your payment. If the order has already been processed/dispatched then our customer service staff will make arrangements case by case A return and refund might still be possible, but additional freight charges will apply.
