Free shipping for all orders $120+ within New Zealand and Australia only. Flat rate of $10 for all orders below.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or post offices.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. 

New Zealand Delivery is within approx. 3-7 business days once dispatched.

Australia Delivery is within approx. 5-10 business days once dispatched.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind. This includes situations such as:
- Ordering an incorrect item (e.g a Lotion when you needed a Wash)
- Ordering multiples of the same item by mistake
- Deciding you do not like the fragrance you selected

What if I think my diffuser smells like alcohol?
Alcohol is a normal and essential ingredient in diffusers. It helps carry the fragrance through the reeds. If your diffuser initially smells of alcohol, this is completely normal. All diffusers must be opened and allowed to sit for a minimum of 48 hours to enable the alcohol to disperse and leave only the intended fragrance in the sticks.

If you have an issue, please email our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve it on a case-by-case basis. Please note: If we agree to accept a return based on any of the above circumstances, we offer online store credit, not a full refund.
