Free shipping for all orders over $120 within New Zealand and Australia only. All orders below $120 are charged a flat delivery rate of $10.

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or post offices.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. 

New Zealand Delivery is within approx. 3-7 business days once dispatched.

Australia Delivery is within approx. 5-10 business days once dispatched.

We cannot exchange your item if you have changed your mind.

If you order the wrong product please contact us immediately, quoting your order number and we will attempt to assist if the order has not already been dispatched.
